This allows us ample time to fill the vacant time slot and accommodate other clients. No charges will be applied for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: Should you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we regretfully inform you that the full service amount will be charged or loss if one package appointment (if applicable). This policy is in place to compensate our service providers for their time and effort dedicated to your appointment, as well as to minimize any potential loss of income resulting from the short notice cancellation.

3. Rescheduling due to cold symptoms: We prioritize the health and well-being of both our clients and staff. If you are experiencing any cold symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, or fever, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. This precautionary measure helps us maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone. We will be more than happy to find a suitable alternative date and time for your appointment once you have recovered.
